Job summary

Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist for a PRN, day-shift position on the Radiology team. The role performs high-quality MRI studies and requires ARRT Radiography registration and MRI registry eligibility. CT registry eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Currently ARRT registered in Radiography.
• Registry or registry eligible in MRI.
• Registry or registry eligible in CT, preferred.
• General knowledge of other imaging modalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI studies to support diagnosis.
• Provide imaging services to patients across a broad age range.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality and adhere to FDA safety standards.
• Collaborate with Radiologist to optimize patient flow and study quality.
