Job summary

77 consultants is seeking a Healthcare Worker at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The role involves executing diagnostic imaging procedures, adhering to radiation safety protocols, and managing patient positioning and documentation. Candidates must have a certificate from a JRCERT accredited program, ARRT certification, and a current BLS certification. Shift hours vary from 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM, with a total of 80 hours in a two-week period. No on-call duty is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a certificate from an academic program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
• A minimum of one year’s experience as a radiologic technologist or in the specified specialty area is required.
• Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in Radiography.
• A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
• Candidates must be eligible to pass a Government background check/security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine diagnostic imaging procedures as per requirements.
• Strictly adhere to all radiation safety protocols.
• Position patients for examinations and implement special procedures as required.
• Conduct system calibrations and perform quality control tasks.
• Observe and report any symptoms pertinent to adverse reactions from contrast media.
