Job summary

Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced radiology department.

The role requires ARRT or ARMRIT registration, BLS certification, and at least two years of MRI experience in a multi-disciplinary radiology setting. Expect independent work and proactive patient care in a Magnet-designated facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• Must be ARRT and/or ARMRIT registered in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide imaging services using MRI equipment.
• Perform a variety of MRI procedures, invasive and non-invasive, on diverse patients.
• Maintain patient and staff safety within the MRI suite and screen for contraindications.
• Operate complex MRI equipment and assist physicians as needed.
