Job summary

American Health Imaging Augusta is seeking a registered MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. This full-time position requires ARRT-MR certification, graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, CPR, and IV skills.

You’ll perform MRI exams, ensure patient safety and comfort, and coordinate with radiologists for high-quality imaging. You will work Monday through Friday 8am–5pm with occasional nights until 10pm and possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• ARRT-MR certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• CPR certification required.
• IV certification/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations according to physician orders and protocols.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of MRI safety, anatomy, and imaging techniques.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including IV administration when appropriate.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team members to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
