Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures across age groups with a focus on image quality and patient care. The role supports continuous department improvements and ensures high standards of patient satisfaction and appropriate care.

New hires should have completed an accredited MRI program and hold ARRT (MR) or ARMIT certification, with MR registry eligibility if applicable, and must obtain MR certification within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited MRI program and be ARRT (MR) or ARMIT certified.
• Graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology program and MR registry eligible.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMIT must be completed within 12 months of hire/job entry.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of MRI procedures for all age groups served by the entity.
• Safely ensures quality images.
• Participates in the department continuous improvement process.
• Ensures patient satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients.
