Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging for adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient facility. The role may involve on-call duties, with a 4-day or 3-day shift schedule featuring 10- or 12-hour shifts.

The candidate will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure high-quality results while upholding strict safety standards. A relevant degree and MRI/RTR certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certified as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MRI.
• Preferred: 2+ years in medical imaging with relevant licenses or certifications.
• Solid knowledge of radiology safety protocols and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures independently in outpatient and on-call settings.
• Prepare patients and operate MRI/CT and related imaging equipment accurately.

Role & Responsibilities: The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities like MRI, CT, and others on adult and pediatric patients to aid diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently or in on-call situations, and ensuring quality control. The role is based in an outpatient facility with no weekends or holidays, offering a 4-day or 3-day shift schedule with 10 or 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should possess an associate degree or higher in a related field and be certified as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))) and/or MRI. Preferred experience includes at least 2 years in medical imaging, with licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, or related certifications. Basic knowledge of radiology, medical imaging, and relevant safety protocols is essential.
