The Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking an MRI Technologist for a full-time daytime shift. You will perform MRI procedures following ARRT/ACR standards, ensure patient safety, operate EPIC and PACS, and participate in quality control.

Qualified candidates have MRI education with registry eligibility, ARRT radiology certification or equivalent, state licensure, and will be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Clinical experience in Diagnostic Imaging required.
• Completion of an approved MRI education program with registry eligible.
• ARRT radiology/radiation therapy or nuclear medicine certification or state licensure.
• Registry in MRI (ARRT) required within 36 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Performs MRI procedures following ACR and ARRT standards.
• Adheres to department protocol for positioning, coil selection, and exam sequences.
• Participates in quality control/quality assurance using the APIE model.
• Maintains knowledge of MRI equipment, EPIC, and PACS; handles contrast per policy.
• Recognizes emergencies and administers first aid/CPR as needed.

If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!**About the Job:**The practice of magnetic resonance is performed by a segment of health care professionals responsible for the use of radiofrequencies (RFs) within a magnetic field on humans for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. A magnetic resonance technologist performs magnetic resonance procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by, or by the request of, a licensed independent practitioner.
