Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center, Midlothian, TX, seeks an MRI Technologist to perform routine and interventional MRI imaging as part of a multidisciplinary imaging team. The role includes venipuncture when indicated and assisting Radiologists and nurses with sedation cases.

Requirements include ARRT (MR) certification, ARRT (R) eligibility or certification, BLS, Texas certification, and at least 1 year of radiologic experience; ARRT (R) holders must obtain MR within 1 year of orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Current ARRT (MR) certification.
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• Work Experience: 1 year required.
• Or ARRT (R); employee will be required to obtain ARRT (MR) license within 1 year of completing orientation.
