Saint Luke's in Kansas City, MO is seeking a part-time MRI technologist to perform MRI procedures in a patient-centered imaging setting. The role emphasizes quality care, professionalism, and collaboration within the radiology team.
The position requires ARRT or ARMRIT, CAP Level II, and BLS certification, with an Associate Degree and minimal prior experience preferred. Weekend shifts are included, and the department supports growth and education.
Within the organizational structure of radiology performs MRI procedures to assist in direct patient care. Must complete CAP Level II requirements which includes completing a project that satisfies 2 of our 5 core values within your department. Contributes to the professional development of clinical staff and or students at the patient care level. Participates in performance improvement activities and or evidence based practice changes. Demonstrates initiative to promote increased patient satisfaction at the patient care setting. Participate in innovative projects problem solving and educating others at the unit level. Demonstrates initiative regarding growth efforts and or conservation of resources people money time or supplies in unit and patient care processes.
ARMRIT can be substituted in lieu of ARRT, but must have upon hire.
In Convenient Care/Imaging Center setting, may also assist other modalities and perform other duties as assigned.
