It has achieved Magnet designation twice and provides acute and intermediate care, rehabilitation, and outpatient health services to a 29-county region with over 1.4 million residents.

Position Summary

An MRI Technologist III is qualified through professional credentialing, academic, and clinical experience to provide diagnostic patient care services using an approved magnetic imaging scanner. The scope of practice includes procedures and acts permitted by law, for which the individual has received education and demonstrated competency, including the ARRT (MR) registry, the standard in magnetic imaging.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher)
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Current ARRT (MR) certification
• At least 5 years of experience as an MRI technologist

• Primary Shift: PRN (as needed)
• On Call: No
• Weekends: Rotating
