Medical City Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist PRN to perform high-quality MRI scans across all ages under the direction of a Radiologist, ensuring a safe, therapeutic diagnostic environment.

The role requires ARRT MRI certification, MRT Texas license, and BCLS within 30 days; graduate of AMA-approved radiology technology program; participation in departmental improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Requires Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification.
• MRT license from the State of Texas.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality MRI scans on all ages under radiologist direction.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic diagnostic environment per standards and magnet safety.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
