Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must maintain required hours of continuing education.
• MRI board certification (ARRT) within 12 months of hire if a registered Radiographer (ARRT)(R), Sonographer (ARDMS), or Nuclear Medicine Tech (ARRT)(NM) or (NMTCB).

Responsibilities

• Perform magnetic resonance imaging studies, including patient preparation and positioning.
• Set imaging parameters and process images using specialized software.
• Conduct quality control procedures on MRI equipment.
