Job summary

ImageCare Radiology in New Jersey is seeking a motivated MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures for referring physicians, ensuring high-quality images to aid diagnosis. Please note onboarding on day one will occur at Mount Olive.

The role requires ARRT/ARMRIT and BLS certification, a radiography license if applicable, and a commitment to patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Monday to Friday schedule with 8:00am–4:30pm hours and relocation/commuting flexibility to Brems, NJ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specificskill area; plus 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ARRT/ARMRIT Certification (Required)
• Diagnostic Radiography License (Preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations on patients of all ages, including the administration of contrast material as assigned in accordance with established guidelines in a manner that ensures an accurate & complete examination and treatment providing the highest patient care.
• Organize and document all aspects of assigned patient care in coordination with referring physician and the radiologist to ensure accurate and timely performance of procedures.
• Knowledge of scheduling procedures for MRI.
• Maintenance and organization of patient film file records.
• Maintain continuing education units as required to ensure ARRT/ARMRIT certification.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
