Job summary

St Mary’s Health Care System seeks an MRI Technologist, PRN, in the Radiology Department at St Mary’s Hospital. The role supports patient care and imaging procedures and requires registration in MR with ARRT and BLS certification.

Responsibilities include guiding patients through the imaging process, transporting as needed, and performing clerical tasks to maintain departmental workflow. Prior hospital experience is preferred; AMA-approved radiography training is required.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR registry or registry-eligible with current BLS certification.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved radiographic technology program.
• One year hospital experience preferred and radiologic competence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and perform imaging tasks under supervision.
• Manage patient flow, greet and escort patients within imaging, and transport as needed.
• Handle clerical duties in the radiology department as assigned.
