Job summary

Samaritan Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist for the MRI Plaza to provide high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment. The role requires graduation from a 24-month radiology technology program, at least 12 months MRI experience preferred, and active ARRT Radiology certification with a NYS Radiologic Technology license.

Certification in NYS IV contrast or the ability to obtain within 6 months, and ARRT MRI certification or ability to obtain within 12 months, are required,

Qualifications

• Graduate of 24 month School of Radiology technology.
• 12 months MRI experience preferred.
• ARRT certification in Radiology and NYS Radiologic Technology license required.
• NYS IV contrast certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire and ARRT MRI certification required or obtained within 12 months.
• BLS certified or obtained within 3 months of hire.
