Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a contract assignment at a partnering hospital in Rochester, New York. The role requires ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT registration, BLS, and 2 years of MRI experience in hospital or imaging settings.

You will image according to protocols, ensure patient safety, and maintain records while adhering to HIPAA and safety guidelines. The contract runs for 13 weeks with the possibility to extend.

Qualifications

• Must have ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT registration or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years MRI tech experience in hospital or imaging center.
• State license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations per physician orders and protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment and report issues.
• Review images for diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA compliant manner.
• Follow safety procedures for magnetic fields and contrast.

Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a contract assignment at a partnering Hospital in Rochester, New York. As an MRI Tech, you’ll use advanced imaging technology to provide high-quality diagnostic scans that help physicians accurately diagnose and treat patients.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• ARRT or ARMRIT or CAMRT registered
• Phillips MRI Systems experience
• Current state license (if applicable)

BLS certification required

2 years of recent MRI Tech experience in a hospital or imaging center

Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient care skills

MRI Tech Contract Details:

• $2,878 - $3,098 per week*
• Hospital setting
• 13 week contract, with possibility to extend

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues
• Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality
• Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Follow all safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration
