Job summary

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ARRT certifications required.
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and transfer patients.

Responsibilities

• Conducting MRI examinations with a focus on safety, image quality, and patient assessment.
• Assessing anatomy, recognizing abnormalities, and communicating technical information effectively.
• Ensuring departmental policies, safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards are followed.
• Accurately documenting procedures, utilizing hospital systems, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Providing age-appropriate, specialized, and high-risk patient care, including restraint and pain management as needed.
• Delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a professional appearance, and fostering teamwork.
• Participating in continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
