Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking an MRI Technologist for Lankenau Medical Center. You will operate MRI scanners, verify patient history, and position patients for procedures while helping minimize anxiety. A JRCERT/Radiologic Technology education and MRI program experience are required or preferred.

Licensure includes ARRT and/or ARMRIT with MRI specialty; IV and BLS are recommended. This role offers strong team collaboration and dedicated patient care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year MRI experience preferred.
• Cardiac scanning experience is a plus.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and ensure patient safety.
• Verify clinical history and prepare/position patients.
• Minimize patient anxiety during procedures.

Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience preferred; Cardiac Scanning experience is a plus.

Education:

Graduate of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology or MRI approved program.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. 1. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT ® and/or ARMRIT Certification required. Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT ® (MRI) preferred.
2. 2. IV Certification preferred or must be achieved by end of training/onboarding process.
3. 3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
