Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in the Dallas area seeks an MRI Technologist to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across ultrasound, CT, PET, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine.

The role includes venipuncture when indicated and assisting radiologists and nurses with sedation cases, with a focus on patient care and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification - ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT.
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• Work Experience: 1 year required.
• Or ARRT (R); employee will be required to obtain ARRT (MR) license within 1 year of completing orientation.

Education

Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
