Job summary

CLS Health in Houston, TX is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform radiologic MRI exams, administer IV contrast, and ensure accurate imaging reports. You will protect patients with proper anesthesia-free radiation safety practices and coordinate with providers.

Responsibilities include protocol setup, image reconstruction and archiving, and maintaining patient data across RIS and office software. Prior MRI experience and ARRT certification are required, with licensure in Diagnostic Radiologic

Qualifications

• Must have ARRT certification and state licensure in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience and IV contrast administration.
• Aligned with ACR Accreditation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable MRI equipment with proper protection.
• Perform MRI exams including contrast administration, positioning, protocol setup, and image archiving.
• Maintain patient data, films, and data transfers; ensure timely reporting to providers.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or emergencies.
