Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging, supporting the radiology team with ultrasound, CT, PET, mammography and nuclear medicine as needed.

You will assist radiologists and nurses, perform venipuncture when indicated, and help ensure patient comfort and safety during sedation cases. A relevant radiologic technologist education and state licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Current ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification.
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• Work Experience: 1 year required.
• Or ARRT(R); employee will be required to obtain ARRT MR license within 1 year of orientation.
