Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in DeSoto, TX is hiring an MRI Technologist for a full-time role with Thursday to Saturday shifts, 7:00am–9:00pm. You will operate MRI scanners, screen and prep patients, and ensure high standards of safety and patient care. Requires AMA-approved radiography training and ARRT/ARMRIT registration.

Position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily-pay options. Commitment to excellent patient service and adherence to RIS and ACR standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of AMA-approved radiography program.
• ARRT or ARMRIT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the state, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must competently perform MRI procedures independently.
• Imaging specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanner(s) to produce diagnostic images.
• Screen patients and prepare for MRI procedures.
• Explain procedures and position patients for scans.
• Maintain patient records in RIS.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with protocol updates and supply management.
