Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus in Topeka, KS is seeking an evening shift, full-time MRI Technologist.

You will perform high-quality MRI procedures and deliver exceptional patient care while supporting the radiology team and reporting to the radiology supervisor. Ideal candidates are ARRT certified, hold an Associate degree in radiologic technology, and have BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through the execution of high-quality MRI procedures and additional duties as required.
• Consistently prioritize customer service and safety in all patient interactions as an MRI Technologist.
• Enhance departmental quality through active participation in performance improvement initiatives while providing support to the radiology department and reporting directly to the radiology supervisor.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Registered by the ARRT (R) in good stating
• Associates degree from an accredited school of radiology technology
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements

• ARRT (R)(MR) with prior work experience in a healthcare setting
