Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a skilled MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams and ensure high-quality imaging in collaboration with healthcare professionals. You will prepare patients, verify orders, and operate imaging equipment to produce accurate images for interpretation.

Work primarily on the night shift (8pm-6am) with a 7 on/7 off schedule. Competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification; BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in anatomy, image evaluation, equipment operation, and contrast protocols.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and independent work skills.
• Physical ability to lift, move patients, and operate equipment in a busy environment.
• Preferred: 1-2 years MRI experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining ARRT or equivalent competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Preparing patients, verifying orders, and ensuring accurate, quality images.
• Adhering to safety guidelines, infection control, and sterile techniques.
• Providing patient education, comfort, and addressing concerns.
• Operating imaging equipment, reviewing images, and documenting procedures.
• Assisting and instructing staff and students in protocols and procedures.
• Following protocols for coding, reporting, and equipment maintenance.
