St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a MRI Tech for our Radiology dept located within the Covington hospital.
Shift/Hours: Full-Time - 36 hours/biweekly, Saturday & Sunday 7A-730P
Seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused MRI Technologist responsible for performing all technical aspects of MRI procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation. This role ensures the safety of patients, visitors, and staff throughout all examinations, administers contrast and utilizes pressure injectors in accordance with established protocols, obtains and documents required consents and patient history, including any previous contrast reactions, and maintains compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and all applicable safety regulations. The MRI Technologist is responsible for accurate documentation, procedure coding and charging, maintaining department cleanliness and supplies, utilizing required computer systems, and providing exceptional patient care while demonstrating the clinical knowledge and technical skills necessary to meet organizational, state, federal, and accreditation standards. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support departmental operations.
