Pride Health is hiring a MRI TECH to support our client’s medical facility based in Columbus, Ohio, 43221. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Facility Details:
EMR System: EPIC
Float Requirement: Yes – between all Cone Health campuses
Local Radius Rule: No locals within 50 miles
Vaccine Requirements: COVID-19 & Flu required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and rehabilitation support for neurologically and surgically complex patients
Perform assessments, medication reconciliation, and interpretation of lab results
Monitor and document vital signs; manage wound and dressing care
Assist with sterile procedures and specimen collection
Communicate with families, physicians, and the broader care team to ensure effective care transitions
Triage patient calls and refill requests
3 Siemens MRI scanners (Skyra Fit, Prisma Fit, Sola)
Frequent exams: MRI brain (with perfusion/contrast), MRI abdomen, MRI knee
Focus on pre-op and oncology patients
Prep patients for MRI
No call required; holidays only if needed to meet hours
Patient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical exemptions accepted)
Additional Notes:
Ohio fingerprinting is urgent — must be completed immediately after booking
RTO must be included with submission
2 professional references required (1 from supervisor/manager)
Locals accepted at same rate
Former OSU employees must have a 6-month break before being eligible as travelers
Interested candidates should be submitted with full compliance documentation by Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST prior to the desired start date.

Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM (4x10-hour shifts)
Pay Range: $72/hour
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
