Qualifications

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) or ARRT in Radiography.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to MRI exams and equipment.
• Knowledge of military system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Principal Investigator in monitoring participant data.
• Collects data and performs data entry.
• Operates a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images.

Skills

Proficiency with MRI process

Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, and database systems

Demonstrated competence in oral and written communication

Education

Registered with ARMRIT or ARRT in Radiography

Accredited training in a radiology program

Health care background and/or degree preferred
