Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is seeking a qualified MRI technologist to perform complex diagnostic MRI procedures under physician orders. You will produce high-quality images, ensure patient safety, and manage documentation and workflow in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required accreditation in imaging, ARRT/MR certification, MRI registry within 1 year, and BLS. The role includes opportunities for professional growth within Tenet Healthcare facilities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program.
• Licensure/Certification: AMRIT and/or ARRT (R) with MRI training.
• Must obtain MRI Registry within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification and state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex diagnostic MRI procedures as ordered by a licensed physician.
• Produces high quality images safely and efficiently; completes required exams.
• Sends studies to reading station and documents all procedures.
• Assists in various duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

• Performs complex diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures, as requested by a licensed physician.
