Job summary

Saint Joseph Berea is seeking a Multi Modality Technologist to perform X-ray, CT, and MRI studies, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnoses. You will position patients, operate complex equipment, and collaborate with radiologists and physicians to optimize imaging and patient care.

The role requires strong technical proficiency across modalities, attention to safety, and commitment to ongoing education within a not-for-profit hospital environment affiliated with CommonSpirit Health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required.
• Licensure and ARRT registrations must be in place upon hire.
• Experience across CT, MRI and other modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Multi Modality Technologist, you will perform diverse diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI), producing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. Your versatility is key to efficient operations.

Every day you will expertly operate complex equipment, position patients for various examinations, and maintain records while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for optimal imaging.

To be successful, you need exceptional technical proficiency in multiple modalities, a comprehensive understanding of diverse anatomical structures, and excellent problem-solving skills. Your adaptability, prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail will be paramount for accurate and timely diagnostic results.

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
• Performs procedures to ensure quality patient care in accordance with Radiologist’s expectations and protocols.
• Displays knowledge and complies with the National Patient Safety goals.
• Supports and reports any identified compliance matters.
• Participates in hospital and department quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Maintains professional development and education for technical competency.

$25,000 sign on bonus and up to $24,000 in educational assistance for eligible hires!
