Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc in Nashville seeks an engineer to support development, integration, and validation of advanced MRI methods across two research workstreams with Vanderbilt University and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

You will coordinate program execution and contribute to pulse sequence implementation, image reconstruction, software refinement, and data processing within Philips MRI environments, emphasizing oversight and collaboration over independent leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with vendor-specific MRI pulse sequence programming (Philips preferred).
• Solid foundations in MRI reconstruction, including non-Cartesian methods, and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with C++ / Python / MATLAB for algorithm development.
• Ability to collaborate across industry and academia; clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience operating under hardware constraints and sprint-based execution.

Responsibilities

• Refine OGSE/OGD pulse sequence code in Philips MRI environment.
• Implement features, improve robustness and ensure correct sequence functionality.
• Support deployment and in-scanner integration on Philips systems.
• Contribute to data processing and reconstruction workflows when needed.
• Coordinate experiments with Vanderbilt and Cincinnati teams; prepare validation reports.
