RadNet is seeking an MRI Steering Technologist to join a patient-focused radiology team, delivering high-quality MRI images from a remote location using ROCC Tech Assistant support. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and timely results across the patient care journey.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT credentials, a relevant state license (if applicable) and BLS certification, with 1+ year of diagnostic imaging experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable
• BLS certification
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality MRI diagnostic images from a remote location with the help of a ROCC Tech Assistant.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
• Ensure release of patient with proper follow-up information via the ROCC Tech Assistant.
• Produce high quality images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
• Monitor patient's well-being during scans via cameras and through feedback from ROCC Tech Assistant; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Recognize emergency situations and direct the ROCC Tech Assistant in emergency shutdown of gradient and/or main magnetic field (quench) when applicable.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

You Will:

• Produce high quality MRI diagnostic images from a remote location with the help of a ROCC Tech Assistant.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

• ARRT(R)(MR) certification or ARMRIT


• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable
