Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an MRI Operations Manager for the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital MRI department in Dover, NH. This role oversees department operations, budgets, compliance, and staff development in a fast-paced environment with Philips Blue Seal magnets.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years MRI experience, 2–3 years leadership, and appropriate radiology licenses. A $10k sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are included. This is an onsite role with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging required or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred.
• Licenses: NH Radiologic Technologist, MR license; ARRT MR; BLS required.
• 5-7 years MRI experience; 2-3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management for the MRI department and oversee workflow across hospital sites.
• Develop and manage the fiscal operating budget; monitor expenses and drive cost efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across MRI services.
• Oversee scheduling, staff development, and triage duties for clinical staff.
• Support students and facilitate opportunities for future employment within Mass General Brigham.
