Shields Health, a renowned multi-site imaging and radiology group, seeks an MRI Nurse to care for patients undergoing MRI procedures. You will provide a professional, compassionate environment while maintaining fast-paced care, monitor patients, and collaborate with radiology staff to ensure safety and comfort.

The role requires RN licensure in the state of work, at least five years of nursing experience, and strong bedside manner.

Formación

• Nursing School completion required.
• Must be RN licensed in the State you plan to work in.
• Five years of nursing experience.
• Prior ICU, PACU or ER experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods and assist with patient transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patients during MRI procedures and ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain excellent communication and bedside manner with patients.
• Work closely with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Complies with MRI safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform patient assessments and administer medications per policy.
• Caring for both inpatient and outpatient environments, ages from infant to elderly.
