Job summary

Atrius Health in Chelmsford, MA, is seeking a Per Diem Imaging Support Associate to assist radiology teams in MRI procedures. Under supervision, you will interview patients, position them for exams, and help prep imaging studies.

You will provide education about imaging processes, maintain organization, and support staff to ensure timely patient care. A high school diploma and CPR/BLS are preferred; ACLS may be required based on specialty.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC) from an accredited institution or governmental unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to imaging technologists under supervision.
• Interviews patients and provides education about imaging processes and procedures.
• Positions patients for imaging exams.
• Restores imaging studies for follow up patients.
• Provides general organization of the imaging area.
• Promotes effective working relationships to meet Imaging Center goals.
• Provides back-up coverage for other support staff.
