Job summary

University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Laboratory Research Technician II in the Bioengineering department, working in the 7 Tesla Bioengineering Research Program (7TBRP) and Radiofrequency Research Facility. You will perform imaging research using the 7T Plus MRI, screen participants, coordinate projects, and support daily operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and at least 1 year of lab experience. This is an on-site, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Bachelor's degree required in STEM field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of laboratory experiments and procedures.
• Prepares specimens.
• Oversees supply management.
• Operates and properly maintains equipment.
