Job summary

Shields Health seeks a Clinical Imaging Manager to oversee its MRI locations in Brockton, MA and Newton, MA. The role leads technologists, coordinates procedures, and ensures a fast-paced, professional, patient-centered environment.

Requires an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology with ARRT and MRI certification, and at least 2 years of MRI experience. Reports to Medical leadership and ensures adherence to clinical policies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of MRI experience.
• Assure and oversee technologist activity and procedural protocols.
• Maintain professional, patient-focused care across centers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate notification, reporting and smooth operation of equipment.
• Oversee technologist activity and scheduling; implement protocols.
• Consult on emergencies and maintain staff relationships.
• Deliver patient care and inform patients about clinical policies.
• Promote professional development and participate in staff meetings.
