Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler (2nd shift) in Aurora, OH to join the Manufacturing team supporting Production, Quality and Engineering. You will perform electromechanical assembly and basic testing, following schematics and BOMs, with attention to quality.

The role requires a High School Diploma, English communication, and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience; soldering is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience; soldering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform electromechanical assembly and manufacturing operations following work instructions, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Solder electronic components on circuit boards and complete mechanical assembly tasks.
• Maintain accurate production records and support daily production output goals.
• Perform basic product testing and participate in quality control inspections.
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, and supervisors to improve quality, safety, and process efficiency
