Job summary

Hegg Health Center in Rock Valley, IA seeks an MRI/Radiology Technologist responsible for performing radiographic, CT, and magnetic resonance examinations with independent judgment. The role requires ARRT registry in radiography and MRI, at least 1 year MRI experience, and compliance with safety standards and ethical guidelines.

Eligible candidates must hold an Iowa Permit to practice and complete required training including influenza vaccination and mandatory abuse courses within specified

Qualifications

• Mandatory ARRT registry in radiography and MRI
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience with knowledge of radiologic, CT and MR technology and safety principles
• Iowa Permit to practice required
• Annual influenza vaccination by Dec 1st (medical/religious waivers allowed)
• Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse training within 30 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic, CT, and MR examinations with independent judgment.
• Adhere to department Code of Practice and Code of Ethics; follow safety and legal regulations.
