Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Business Manager (M4) to support NASAMS Foreign Military Sales initiatives in a hybrid, Andover, MA setting. You will oversee cost control, EVMS tasks, and financial planning, delivering insights to optimize performance and shareholder value.

You will collaborate across contracts, engineering, and supply chain, using SAP/APEX/AO to ensure accurate forecasting and timely decision-making. A DoD Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar processes.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis concepts, systems, and processes.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required.

This is an opportunity to join the NASAMS Finance Team as a program business manager (M4) supporting a growing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) portfolio. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate and insightful management analysis and recommendations that enable programs to execute according to cost and schedule baselines while maximizing financial objectives for the company and its shareholders.

This role is contingent upon award of Egypt NASAMS UCA.

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is preferred at the Andover, MA location. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

What You Will Do

Qualifications We Prefer

• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize effectively
• Experience in collecting, synthesizing, and presenting information for decision-making
• Familiarity with DoD contract financing and billing processes
• Certification in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
