Monogram Health is seeking a MRA Coding & Documentation Educator to support provider education and documentation improvement by delivering training, audits, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure accurate risk adjustment coding.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • CPC or CRC certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Medicare Risk Adjustment experience.
  • Ability to present to small and mid-sized groups on coding and documentation topics.
  • Knowledge of HCC models, risk adjustment, and compliant documentation of diagnosis.
  • Current knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and E/M coding guidelines.

Position Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

  • Maintains current knowledge of regulatory, documentation, and coding guidelines including CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and E/M coding

  • Familiarity with STARs performance measures and metrics

  • Written and verbal communication skills, including communication with providers
