Job summary

Remotely Piloted Solutions, LLC is seeking skilled personnel to manage tool control and materials for MQ-9 aircraft and GCSs. The role includes rotation to CONUS/OCONUS sites, on-site work, and strict adherence to inventory and calibration procedures.

Qualified candidates will hold a SECRET clearance, have military logistics experience, and be able to lift heavy equipment. Travel and deployments are a defined aspect of this full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Secret US Government clearance is required.
• Experience with Tool Control, HAZ Material, HAZ Waste and calibration.
• Four years in requisitioning, inventory control, materials management, or related property management.
• Strong understanding of military logistics processes for US Navy and/or US Air Force.
• Able to communicate effectively in written and oral forms.
• Able to lift, carry and/or wear military-issued equipment over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and issues hand tools, machine tools, dies, replacement parts, shop supplies, and equipment.
• Reports missing or unattended tools; maintains tool control per policy; inventories tools.
• Manages tool control programs and ensures calibration of measuring/test equipment.
• Keeps records of tools issued to and returned by workers; tracks tool inventories.
• Maintains calibration of TMDE/PMEL and HAZMAT programs.
• Requisitions aircraft parts and support equipment for MQ-9 aircraft and GCSs.
• Uses SM&R codes to identify sources and maintenance levels for parts.
• Prepares supply documentation for repairable items and aligns with maintenance data systems.
• Verifies material status daily and coordinates with material/maintenance control.
• Performs warehousing duties and supports operations at the site.
• Verifies incoming materials against receiving documents and reports discrepancies.
• Routes materials to storage locations and facilities; stores/palletizes equipment.
• Maintains inventory and documents storage in the database; conducts periodic inventories.
• Operates hand/power trucks and performs QA duties including inspections.
