Mount Carmel, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Medical Practice Representative to serve as the primary liaison between our office and external partners. You will schedule appointments, collect patient demographics, and maintain accurate records.

Daily tasks include greeting and registering patients, gathering insurance details, performing soft collections, answering incoming calls, and using EPIC to ensure data integrity across the medical practice.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Minimum Qualifications:
