Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of acute care medical records experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Typing 25 wpm and MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint testing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Patient Index (MPI) and unique patient identifiers.
• Link patient clinical history across hospital systems for all facilities.
• Ensure integrity of medical records for patient safety and continuity of care.
• Work with team to meet individual and departmental goals.
