Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring for a production/warehouse role at our Neenah, Wisconsin facility. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent attendance while performing sanitation, production, and paperwork tasks as needed.

Candidates should be prepared to work overtime and weekends, in a production environment with moving equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong commitment to quality and PPE guidelines.

About The Opportunity

This position is expected to support the facility by completing a variety of different duties and tasks as needed throughout the facility.

Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate commitment to safety, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing job duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform functions which may include sanitation work, computer or paperwork, or working on production line.
• Perform job duties with a commitment to quality and adherence to customer specifications and GMP guidelines, including use of proper PPE.
• Ability and willingness to learn and function as part of a team; treat team members with courtesy and respect every day.
• Prepared, in position, and ready to work at the start of the shift.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and superior performance in all job functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisor

Education & Experience

• Education Desired - High School Diploma or Equivalent

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/hr.
