Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wilson in Pelham, AL is seeking a Moving Technician to safely pack, move, transport, and protect customers' belongings during fire, water, mold, and reconstruction projects while delivering exceptional customer service.

Starting at $17 per hour with a clear path to increase earnings, you can advance to Lead Moving Technician, Restoration Technician, Crew Chief, Contents Manager, and Production Manager as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

SERVPRO is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Moving Technician. In this role, you’ll safely pack, move, transport, and protect customers' belongings during fire, water, mold, and reconstruction projects while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Pack, move, and inventory customer contents
• Load and unload furniture and household items
• Wrap, protect, and transport belongings safely
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and company vehicles
• Work closely with restoration crews to support project completion
• Deliver outstanding customer service during difficult situations
