Job summary

Continental Van Lines, a well established transportation company serving the greater Puget Sound area, seeks experienced Packers to support residential moves. You will pack/unpack, wrap and protect furniture, and operate moving equipment while delivering quality customer service.

Eligible on-site, full-time roles offer competitive pay beginning at $18.50 per hour, with medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Be able to pass background checks.
• Proficiency in English, reading, writing, and verbal skills.
• Able to communicate positively and effectively with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service at all times.
• Comply with State, Local and Company Covid-19 regulations.
• Carry heavy items.
• Wrap furniture and equipment.
• Pack and unpack household goods.
• Work with moving equipment and tools.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture and equipment.
