All Star Moving in St. Louis, MO is seeking both experienced drivers and movers for full-time or part-time roles. You will operate 16–26 ft box trucks, lead the moving process, and ensure items are loaded, transported, and unloaded with care.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Drive & Deliver – Operate 16ft & 26ft box trucks safely and responsibly, following all DOT and company safety guidelines.
• Lead the Move – Take charge of the moving process, ensuring items are loaded, transported, and unloaded with care and efficiency.
• Protect & Pack – Wrap and secure furniture and household items to prevent damage in transit.
• Be the Face of All Star – Uphold professionalism, courtesy, and customer-focused service at every touchpoint.
• Support & Mentor – Help train newer team members and keep the crew motivated and organized on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential or commercial moving (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Experience driving box trucks (16–26ft); valid driver’s license required
• Physical stamina (must be able to lift 75+ lbs regularly)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical (if needed)
• Strong leadership, reliability, and teamwork
• Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
