Qualifications

To support this mission, we’ve built the Superhero Academy—our in-house training program dedicated to developing the next generation of elite movers, drivers, and storage professionals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and energetic Moving & Storage Trainer to join our Superhero Academy. This individual will play a critical role in training new hires and current staff in proper moving techniques, safety protocols, customer service, equipment handling, and company standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on industry experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others excel.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct hands-on and classroom-style training for movers, drivers, and specialty service teams.

Teach proper packing, loading, unloading, storage, and equipment handling techniques.

Instruct all trainees on safety procedures, DOT regulations, and compliance standards.

Demonstrate and reinforce best practices for customer service and on-site professionalism.

Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive coaching and feedback.

High level of professionalism and ability to model company values.

Comfortable working in both classroom and warehouse/outdoor environments.

Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).

Ability to lift, carry, and demonstrate physical tasks required in the moving industry.
