AMC Entertainment is seeking a Crew member to greet guests, handle snacks and tickets, and keep theatres clean and welcoming. You’ll rotate through roles, learn new skills, and earn pay in a fast-paced, movie-loving environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, reliable hours, and adherence to safety and policy standards. Training provided; opportunities to grow with the company across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old.
• No experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability; year‑round operation.
• Reliable, punctual team player.
• Willing to complete training and certifications provided by AMC.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a love for movies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create memorable moments, whether popping popcorn or assisting with guest concerns.
• Use AMC’s POS system to handle transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Engage in upselling and merchandising to boost guest experience and loyalty card sign-ups.
• Prepare treats safely and efficiently, and keep theatres, lobbies, and restrooms clean.
• Check tickets and direct guests to their auditorium with a friendly attitude.
• Help enforce the movie rating system clearly and respectfully.
• Monitor auditoriums for picture/sound, lighting, and audience behavior.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and support fellow crew members as needed.
