• Mentor delivery teams, establish technical governance standards, and ensure solution designs align with client business outcomes.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Operating within the Enterprise Service Management practice, the Moveworks Advisory Lead reports to Executive IT Leadership and acts as the principal architect guiding strategic platform initiatives. This part-time advisory role is responsible for driving the architectural design and strategic alignment of Moveworks AI with ServiceNow HRSD, addressing complex integration challenges, accelerating workflow automation, and ensuring a scalable, business-oriented enterprise platform ecosystem.
